At the January 2011 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved in "Concept" to complete a Traffic Study for the Las Palmas Ranch (Phase I) community.  The Board instructed Management to solicit bids/proposals for a complete traffic study in an effort to address pedestrian and vehicle safety concerns.  The DRAFT Request for Proposal has been completed and will be distributed to Traffic Engineering firms in early March 2011.  Homeowners are encouraged to review the Draft and present suggestions for inclusions to the Associations Property Manager.  Comments can be made via the "Contact Us" page on this website.
