Proposed Bylaws and CC&R's
Posted on Dec 18th, 2012
The very long and complex process of updating the Association’s 23 year old Bylaws and CC&R’s is nearing its end. The new “Proposed” Bylaws and CC&R’s have been created, reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and the Association’s Legal Counsel. The next step is homeowner review and comment.
The new “Proposed” documents have been posted on the Association’s website (see the "documents" tab to the left) and printed copies will be distributed to all homeowners in January. Following a review period and any necessary adjustments, all homeowners will be asked to approve the new documents later this year in a special election. This is a very important subject for the Association. There is a large quorum requirement to change the documents, and all homeowners will need to participate to ensure that the new documents are approved.
Please remember that these are "Proposed" documents and they have not yet been approved by the members (homeowners) of the Association. A timeline for comment and approval will be distributed to all homeowners in mid January along with the proposed documents.
