Homeowner Rules being REVISED

Several months ago the Board of Directors formed a committee to review the current Homeowner (Association) Rules and make recommendations for additions, deletions of corrections. At the November 12, 2010 meeting of the Board of Directors the Rules Committee presented its recommendations to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors and the Associations Legal Counsel are reviewing the Committees Recommendations. It is anticipated that the Board of Directors will take action on the revised rules at its January 2011 meeting. The current DRAFT version of the rules can be reviewed here
