The 2010 Annual Membership meeting and election was concluded on November 12, 2010.  Linda Ipong, Robert McNab and Fred Rowland were each elected to a two year term of office.  Both the 2009 meeting minutes and the tax resolution were approved.  The amendment to the bylaws failed due to lack of a quorum for that item.
